The AGM TaipanV2 - 256 Thermal Monocular is the newest member of the most extensive thermal product family in the world! Boasting multiple objective lens sizes, paired with industry-leading 256 resolution 12 micron sub-35mK thermal detector, every Taipan V2 brings advancements that users have wanted in the original Taipan Monoculars. Upgrades on the Taipan V2 include a removable rechargeable 18650 battery along with a new 90 degree tilt sensor that powers off the display and saves battery life. Additionally, software improvements, F1.0 aperture optics, 50Hz refresh rate, 16GB of built-in memory, Wi-Fi compatibility that pairs with the AGM Connect App, an IP67 waterproof rating, a USB type-C port for external power and 4 color palettes are included. A wider rubber eyepiece makes viewing the 1280 LCOS display easy to view in the filed for long periods of time in a single session. AGM built the Taipan V2 for variable uses like hunting, farming, law enforcement, search and rescue, boating, camping and many other outdoor activities.
