The large 50mm objective lens combined with the broadband multi-layer anti-reflection coatings deliver bright, clear images with true colors even in low light. Battery-free, dual illumination utilizes fiber optics and tritium for the green center aiming dot. This combination uses available ambient light to illuminate the dot and it automatically adjusts brightness according to conditions. A repositionable throw lever on the magnification ring accommodates all shooting styles and positions. Lightweight but strong 6061 aluminum withstands the repeated recoil of regular use. Reflection limiting black satin finish is a nice touch.
A standard for all Trijicon scopes and sights is the rugged design engineered to withstand extreme condition and tested to military standards and protocols. Virtually indestructible, the Trijicon AccuPoint 4-24X50 weighs only 26.8 ounces.
